The year in review
Throughout the year, we can both attest that our understanding of biology has greatly expanded.
From the beloved #OOTD, to the grass counting lab, to Planet Earth videos (who can forget Oprah's vivid narrations), first period has been a great block.
Zahra's favorite memory from AP Bio was when we met Mushu, our beloved and extremely well-behaved lizard.
Melissa's favorite memory from AP Bio was the Cell Respiration Song.
We'll also miss Pete, the identity confused frog, and Mishka, Mushu's main squeeze! The stuffed loon is pretty great as well.
We both agree that it's been an honor to be in this class and it truly has been one of the most memorable science classes that both of us have ever been in. Our entire vie w of biology has been changed because of this class. No longer is biology just another science, it is the study of LIFE . It holds the explanation to so many mysteries of life, both on a molecular and universal level. Mr. Burda's enthusiam for biology was not only really awesome, it was also really contagious. Both of us have enjoyed this class immensely and cannot wait to apply our shared enthusiasm inspired by Mr. Burda to the fields we will be going into in college. It has been an amazing year in this class, one we will never forget.
Oh, and don't forget to #LiveTheDream
